Return Window You can return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving the order. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must: • Be unused and in the same condition • Be in the original packaging Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at nurcanvasart@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
